We would like to provide guidance to our valued customers residing in apartments and houses managed by Ken Corporation regarding the necessary procedures and contact points. We distribute stickers, as shown in the photograph, to the properties we manage.

  • "Managed properties" refer to housing units for which our company has signed a management contract with the landlord.
  • Whether our company is the management company for the lease can be confirmed on the Important Matters Explanation Document provided by the brokerage company at the time of signing the lease.

Inquiries about Facilities

Inquiries and various procedures regarding the facilities of our managed properties are handled by the Housing Operation Management Department. For inquiries about your contract details, and facilities not managed by our company, please contact the sales representative in charge of your contract.

Online Reservation System

Use the newly launched new online reservation system which allows you to reserve or change the time of the maintenance work schedules that requires a service person to enter your residence.(e.g. Fire alarm inspections and AC maintenance.)

For equipment malfunctions other than the scheduled annual work, please contact us through the "Equipment Repair Inquiry" section mentioned above.

When your residence has periodical maintenance work scheduled, an email will be sent with a designated log-in ID and password. Please keep you ID and password as this will be your ID and password.

Required Documents for Parking Certificate

Please proceed with the necessary "Certificate of Consent for Storage Place Use" required for the application of Parking certification from the form below.

Regarding Communications from Rent Guarantee Companies

Regarding rent payments while living in the property, you may be contacted by the rent guarantee company you used at the time of signing the contract. Please check the contents of your contract and respond accordingly.

We distribute a guidebook for living called the "Move-in Booklet" to residents of properties managed by our company. This booklet provides advice on using and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, and housing in general. It also provides information on moving in, daily life rules and precautions, and various contract procedures, so please make use of it.

To Cancel Your Lease

Important Notes Regarding

Cancelations are not accepted via phone and must be written.(see PDF below.)

In the lease agreement for properties managed by our company, it is typically stipulated that the tenant must send a written Cancellation Notice to the landlord.
The termination date of the lease agreement is the date when the Cancellation Notice period, as specified in the lease agreement, has elapsed after the landlord receives the written Cancellation Notice. Therefore, if you have a preferred termination date, please consider the Cancellation Notice period specified in your lease agreement and send the Cancellation Notice directly to the landlord. Please send a copy to our company as well.
If the termination date falls after the renewal date, please be aware that for contracts with a renewal fee clause, the obligation to pay the renewal fee will arise.

    Keeping in mind the Cancellation Notice period specified in your lease agreement, first contact the sales representative in charge of your contract.
