【事前承諾のお願い】保管場所使用承諾証明書発行について

- Parking Certificate refers to a certificate that proves there is a parking space. This is needed to obtain a parking permit from the police department.
事前承諾事項 (Prior consent)
保管場所使用承諾証明書発行にあたり、下記について事前のご承諾をお願いいたします。
1. 弊社が管理を受託している建物および駐車場が発行対象となります。
※区分所有マンションについては、弊社には発行の権限がございませんので、別途管理組合にご相談ください。
2. 保管場所使用承諾証明書の発行は有償となります。
※発行手数料については、申請後に担当者から連絡させて頂きます。
※保管場所使用承諾証明書の発行を受けなくても、駐車場の使用に関する賃貸借契約書等で車庫証明書を取得することができます。（具体的な手続き方法については、最寄りの警察署へご相談下さい。）
※車庫証明の取得の為には、お客様またはカーディーラーが当該「自動車保管場所使用承諾証明書」を警察署に持参して、別途お手続きが必要になります。
3. 発行は、申請内容確認後、3営業日以内を目安とさせて頂いております。
4. 賃貸借契約書記載の賃借人または居住者の名義での発行となります。
5. 使用者が駐車場から2km以上離れたところに所在している場合は発行が出来ません。
6. 賃貸借契約の締結が完了していない場合や、賃貸借契約期間の残存期間が1ヶ月以内の場合、または解約申入れ済みの場合は発行できません。
7. 購入予定または所有のお車が駐車場に収納可能か否かは必ず事前にお確かめください。
※両サイド15センチ以上の間隔が確保でき、全長・全高が車庫よりオーバーしないこと。また別途規約、機械式駐車場の場合、制限内のものであること。
※証明書は、購入車両が駐車場に収納可能であることを証明するものではございません。従いまして、駐車可能サイズの確認不足を原因とするサイズ超や不適合車両による事故破損等については一切の責任を負いかねます。

1. Properties managed by Ken Corporation are subject to issuing parking certificates.*
* For privately owned condominiums, Ken Corporation does not have the authority to issue certificates on behalf of the owner. Please submit your application to the home owners association.
2. Parking Certificates issued by Ken Corporation will require an issuing fee.
Notice will be sent following receipt of the application regarding the issuing fee.
-You can also obtain an official parking permit by presenting a copy of the lease agreement without a parking certificate from Ken Corporation. Please consult with your local police department for the necessary documents.
To complete the car registration, your car dealer or Lessee/Tenant must bring the parking certificate to the police department in person and take the necessary steps instructed by the police department.

3. A minimum of 3 business days is required to issue the certificate.
4. The certificate will only be issued for vehicles registered in the name of the Lessee or Tenant.
5. A certificate cannot be issued for a parking space more than 2km away from the residence.
6. A parking certificate cannot be issued if the lease agreement has not been completed, the remaining term of the lease agreement is less than one month or if the cancellation notice to terminate the lease agreement has been submitted.
7. Please confirm that the car you will purchase fits into the parking space designated to you prior to completing the purchase or transferring ownership.
There should be a space of 15cm on each side of the car/between the next parking space and the body of the car should fit inside of the outlined space and/or under the rooftop of the parking area.
The parking certificate does not guarantee that the car purchased will fit in the
designated parking space. Ken Corporation and related parties will not be held responsible if the car purchased does not fit or any incidents due to lack of confirmation prior to purchasing the car.
